Our primary aim is to enrich the professional development of both mentors and mentees, delivering substantial benefits to SOAP members by:

- Facilitating meaningful connections among members.
- Creating and curating targeted programs and events designed to address specific needs.

Mentor/Mentee Matching Program - 2023-2024 Term & Deadlines
- July 29, 2024 - Applications for Mentor/Mentee pairings open.
- August 23, 2024 - Applications for Mentor/Mentee pairings close
- September 12, 2024 - Mentors & Mentees will be paired for a 9-month commitment
- May 2025 - Mentor/Mentee 9-month commitment is completed
