At the well received 2021 SOAP Virtual Annual meeting, the format for poster sessions (those in concurrent breakout rooms) featured 3 Powerpoint slides, but no summary slide or visual poster. The ability to easily read the slides and have more than 1 slide was felt beneficial to both presenters and attendees. Therefore, SOAP is following that format again for 2022.
The abstract presentations, in concurrent breakout rooms, for 2022 Annual Meeting will follow this format.
- Create THREE PowerPoint slides. There is not a summary slide or visual poster for 2022.
- Save them as a PDF.
- Upload the PDF version of the THREE slides into the ePosters/SciGentech platform (instructions with access code in email sent to presenters)
- Once you submit your slides, you are not able to revise.
Post 2022 Annual Meeting the PDF version of the presentations will be archived and available on the SOAP website.
